I just received the following e-mail from sangofe of Saizen Fansubs:
Hello. I’m sorry for the late reply, and also sorry to tell you the news of failing. Have a happy new year.

I do not exactly know why I failed though, so I have asked for the cause to be clarified, which I’ll hopefully get. For obvious reasons, I will not provide anyone with the correct answers, I will just say if it was because I missed too many mistakes, wrote a bad report, or whatever the reason may have been.
